OmnibaseCRM provides email marketing and autoresponder tools to help you grow your business. To protect our platform’s deliverability and reputation, we maintain a strict Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy.
1. Zero Tolerance for Spam
We do not allow the sending of unsolicited commercial email (Spam) through our Service. You may only use OmnibaseCRM to send emails to individuals who have explicitly granted you permission (opted-in) to contact them.
2. Prohibited Actions
When using our email and CRM tools, you must never:
- Import or email purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists of any kind.
- Use deceptive, false, or misleading subject lines or sender identities.
- Send emails to distribution lists, newsgroups, or spam email addresses.
- Send content that promotes illegal goods, pornography, hate speech, or malicious software.
3. Mandatory Compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Every email sent through our Service must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR, and other applicable local laws. You agree that:
- Every marketing email will contain a clear, conspicuous, and fully functional “Unsubscribe” link.
- You will process unsubscribe requests immediately.
- Every marketing email will include your valid, physical postal address.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
We utilize automated systems and manual reviews to monitor sending behavior. If we determine or suspect that you are sending Spam or violating this policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, and without a refund.
