Refund Policy
At OmnibaseCRM, we strive to provide the best possible tools to scale your business. Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary software, digital infrastructure, and hosting, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Subscription Billing
OmnibaseCRM is a subscription-based software service billed in advance on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select.
2. Refunds Eligibility
Refund requests are strictly limited to users who bypass the $1 30-day trial and choose to immediately pay for full access to the platform upon registration. This applies to upfront payments made for monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plans. Subscriptions are refundable after 14 days. Lifetime subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Partial months of service.
- Upgrade/downgrade refunds.
- Months where the Service was unused while the account remained active.
3. Trial Periods
If you sign up for our $1 30-day trial, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1 immediately upon registration.
If you do not cancel your subscription before the 30-day trial period expires, you will automatically be enrolled in your chosen package at its standard subscription rate. For example, if you selected the OmniCore Plan, you will be billed $97 per month, so on and so forth. No surprises, no contracts, cancel at anytime.
Once the first full subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. To avoid this charge, you must cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the trial. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel your OmnibaseCRM subscription at any time. You can do this directly from your billing dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again moving forward.
- We recommend exporting all your contacts and data prior to the end of your billing cycle, as data may be permanently deleted once your account expires.
